Perfect fit is at the heart of what we do, and we’ve designed a returns policy which allows you to try a selection of styles at home and only keep what you love most.  We will issue a refund, using your original payment method, for returned items.
We simply ask that you adhere to the following policies:
  • Please return unwanted items within 21 days of receipt*
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed and have original tags and any hygiene seals still attached
  • Footwear and accessories should be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping 
Please additionally note:
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Any taxes or duties associated with international returns will be at your cost or indicated when you raise a return
  • Refunds can take up to 10 working days from the day of receipt at our warehouse to be processed. Please note that this can be extended without prior notice during the Sale period.
  • This does not affect your statutory right

Making a return from the UK:

  • Returns are free, using our prepaid Royal Mail returns label (included in your order with the returns form).
  • Please ensure to enclose a copy of your completed online return form or copy of invoice inside the package.
  • Please obtain and retain your proof of postage from the Post Office until your refund has been issued as we will be unable to proceed for goods that do not arrive.
  • If you require a pre-paid return label, we will send you one from DPD, please email [email protected] with your order number to assist.
  • Orders shipped within the United Kingdom can be returned to our Chelsea store. Please ensure to bring either a copy of your invoice or filled return form upon drop off.

Making a return from all international countries outside the UK:

Please click on the link below to access the portal and follow the instructions to start your Global-e return, obtain an RMA number, and print your return label. You will need:

- your order number starting with GE

- the email address used upon purchase

Depending on the chosen option, the return shipping fee may be chargeable upon drop off or deducted from your total refund amount upon receipt.
