Returns

Perfect fit is at the heart of what we do, and we’ve designed a returns policy which allows you to try a selection of styles at home and only keep what you love most.  We will issue a refund, using your original payment method, for returned items.
  
We simply ask that you adhere to the following policies:
  • Please return unwanted items within 21 days of receipt*
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed and have original tags and any hygiene seals still attached
  • Footwear and accessories should be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping 
*All orders placed after November 10th will be subject to a 60 days return policy until further notice.
Please additionally note:
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Any taxes or duties associated with your return will be at your cost
  • If a new size or colour is required, please go ahead and place a new order whilst we process the refund for your original order
  • Refunds can take up to 15 working days from the day of receipt to be processed, however, this may change without prior notice*
  • This does not affect your statutory right

Making a return from the UK:

  • Returns are free, using our prepaid Royal Mail returns label (included in your order with the returns form).
  • If you require a pre-paid returns label, please contact us at [email protected].
  • Please obtain a proof of postage with a reference/tracking number from the Post Office as we will be unable to issue a refund on goods that don't arrive.
  • Please enclose a copy of your completed online return form or copy of invoice, including your telephone number, and place it in the package., including your name, email address and telephone number, and place it in the package.
  • If you shipped your online order within the UK, your purchase can be returned to our stores. 
  • London-based customers will have the option to either drop off their returns in one of our stores to be sent back to our warehouse, or to exchange unsuitable item(s) for the exact same style in a different size. Should you be interested in a different style, the store will process a new transaction and a refund will be issued for your online purchase separately. Please be aware that these options may add a few days to your refund processing time.

Making a return from Australia or the United States:

We can arrange for DHL to collect unwanted items, and will deduct a returns fee of 22 AUD / 15 USD from your refund.  Alternatively, you can choose to use your own courier.

If using your own courier, please ensure you select a tracked and insured service as we will be unable to refund on goods that do not arrive.
