Breakfast Treat Recipe
Fashion Vlogger & Author of Eat Smart, Niomi Smart shares her quick and
simple chia pudding recipe with us. A sweet treat, which is perfect to wizz
up for breakfast or as an evening treat.

Chocolate & Banana Chia Pudding
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 ripe banana, peeled
3 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and stoned
2 tbsp cacao powder
125ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond milk (or other non dairy milk)
1. Soak the chia seeds with 6 tablespoons of water in a small bowl and
refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
2. Put all the ingredients apart from the soaked chia seeds into a blender
and whizz until smooth.
3. Stir in the soaked chia seeds and pour the mixture into two bowls or
glasses. Top with your choice of toppings and tuck in.
TIP – if you prefer a smoother consistency blend the chia seeds too.

Sprinkling of coconut flakes
Dusting of cacao powder
