Import duties & Customs Fees

Deliveries may be subject to import duties and customs fees. We do not cover import duties and customs charges for the following countries:
Russia, South Africa, Barbados, Jamaica, South America and Canada.
If you reside in one of these countries then you are responsible for these charges. Rates vary by country so we are not able to supply estimated costs. It may be a good idea to check with your local customs office for current charges before you order.
Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import duties and customs fees we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs incurred by heidi klein.

Goods shipped outside the UK still benefit from our 14 day policy but do not qualify for free returns.

Any unwanted goods must be returned to us with all labels intact with a copy of your receipt and RMA number clearly written on the receipt.

Please note exchanges cannot be made only refunds. If a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required you will need to place a new order

When returning your goods please use sufficient packaging to protect the product.

How to Return

1. First you will need to obtain an RMA number. To obtain your RMA number please email returns@heidiklein.com and we will reply with this number

2. There are two ways within which you can return your item:  either via your local Post Office or Courier.Please note they aretwo different addresses, one for sending via the Post Office and one for sending via Courier.

3. When using the Post Office service please ensure that you use a recorded, tracked or similar service that will require a signature for receipt on arrival at Heidi Klein as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive. You will also be responsible for the Post Office shipping cost at the point of dispatch as international returns do not qualify  for free returns

4. Please ensure you follow the below steps to ensure you avoid any customs and duties charges

5. How to return via your local  POST OFFICE

a)      Please use the enclosed label as provided within your package

b)      Please email returns@heidiklein.com your post office reference number

c)       Write the Value £ in the box as indicated  on the label

d)      Please email returns@heidiklein.com your post office reference number

6. How to return via Courier

a) Please use the enclosed label as provided within your package

b) Write the RMA on box as indicated on the label

c) Write the Value £ in the box as indicated on the label of the goods.

d) Please email returns@heidiklein.com your courier reference / tracking number

e) There will be a box on the courier transit document as provided by your chosen courier which will state reference number. It is most important that you state the RMA number in this field followed by the initials HK

f) Completing the paperwork of your chosen courier:  All courier transit paperwork must be addressed and consigned to our UK sorting / distribution company:

-           In the goods description field on your couriers’ transit document please state:  ' Goods not suitable being returned to UK’ as well as the product description.

-          Once you have completed all the paperwork please forward copies of paperwork or confirmation of your courier transit documentation number to returns@heidiklein.com.

7. Please ensure you follow the above returns process to avoid any customs and duties charges against your return.
