Delivery and Returns

We use Team Air to ship internationally. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, occasionally there may be a delay if we need to review your order. Please not all orders MUST be signed for. If your order is not signed for we will not be able to deliver it.

- International up to 7 days £35
Duties & customs taxes apply to Non EU countries and any import duties & customs fees that may apply to goods entering your country are included in the price of the product as shown on the website and exclude UK VAT.
We are not liable for any customs duties and taxes that may be charged for items returned to the UK and therefore you should ensure that you correctly complete the document as provided and instructed in your parcel..
Goods shipped outside the UK still benefit from our 14-day returns policy, but do not qualify for free returns.
Import duties & Customs Fees
We use Team Air to ship orders outside of the UK & Europe. Any import duties & customs fees that may apply to goods entering your country are included in the price of the product as shown on the website and exclude UK VAT. Goods shipped outside the UK still benefit from our 14 day policy but do not qualify for free returns. Any unwanted goods must be returned to us with all labels intact with a copy of your receipt, exchange instructions and RMA number clearly written on the receipt.
How to Return & Exchange
First you will need to obtain an RMA number before you arrange your courier. To obtain your RMA number please email firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be a box on the courier transit document as provided by your chosen courier which will state reference number. It is most important that you state the RMA number in this field.
Completing the paperwork of your chosen courier: All courier transit paperwork must be addressed to our UK sorting / distribution company:
Team Air Express, Unit 8, Crown Way , Horton Road, West Drayton , Middx. UB7 8HZ, UNITED KINGDOM
• Please do not show Heidi Klein’s name on any of the courier paperwork
• In the goods description field on your couriers’ transit document please state: ‘UK origin goods, being returned’ as well as the product description.
• Once you have completed all the paperwork please forward copies of paperwork or confirmation of your courier transit documentation number to email@example.com.
Please use return label as supplied within your order and also state the RMA number as provided to you by email and attach the label to the package.
